JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Site Leader will work closely with the Operations Director/Site Leader to achieve key goals and objectives related to the execution of business operational plans connected with warehousing and embroidery production processes, along with leading and developing hourly associates in those departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Coach to ensure safety awareness, career development, productivity and quality objectives are consistently being followed and achieved.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all operational processes.
- Review and follow-up on results of production, efficiency, costs, and inventory accuracy.
- Provide direction and support to direct reports.
- Provide Town Hall information to all employees if the Site Leader is unavailable.
- Provide positive energy to Supervisors and Leads about customer satisfaction.
- Assist in driving high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Assist in driving Safety, Policy, and Procedure adherence.
- Conduct Weekly Gemba Walks (Safety Walks) throughout the facility.
- Assist in building the ongoing culture of Continuous Improvement.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse and Production Systems.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree preferred but not necessary based on Industry knowledge and experience.
- Minimum 5 7 years of operations/production experience.
- Experience in leading Culture Improvements.
- Working knowledge of Safety Awareness Programs.
- Experience in a fast paced, high-volume production environment.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management & ERP systems.
- Must be proactive, engaging leader to achieve results.

WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time, Monday- Friday: 7:00AM-4:00PM.
- Hours of operations may vary depending upon seasonality of the business.
DRESS CODE:
- Dress appropriate.
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
