JOB SUMMARY:
Director of eCommerce Sales will be responsible for growing new and established book of business by providing account management and support, financial analysis, and strategic leadership for customers in the eCommerce Sales space. The position is part of a team, is remote with minimal travel expected. Additionally, this role is responsible for liaising with consulting groups and agencies that offer support and counsel on the portfolio, as well as assist in other commercial focus areas of importance to the business. The Senior Manager, eCommerce Sales will report directly to the VP Licensed Sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Develop, manage, and execute eCommerce Sales strategies.
- Build and execute annual business plans for assigned accounts and channels.
- Review, analyze and summarize POS and Sell-In data weekly for select customers. Provide recommended buys, style or sku adds and analysis as needed.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with accounts.
- Build and maintain forecast files for all accounts and channels.
- Work cross functionally to provide and generate a go-forward business plan with buy-in across the company.
- Monitor and maintain drop list with recommended replacement styles for all accounts and channels.
- Work closely with consulting groups and agencies to build, implement and execute digital strategy.
- Monitor and maintain budgets.
- Build and maintain vendor agreement/coop/rebate file all accounts. Monitor and maintain all marketing and advertising funds. Work cross functionally to ensure rebates and coops are accrued for, tracked, and paid in a timely manner.
- Work closely with Momentec Brands marketing team to develop and deliver A content as needed for accounts.
- Work cross functionally within Momentec Brands, to craft and implement key account specific projects, strategy and solutions as needed.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- 6 years of sales account/E-Commerce/marketing management experience.
- Amazon, or similar eCommerce, account management experience required.
- Strong communication, computer and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic, solution-oriented thinker.
- Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, have a positive attitude and work well on a team.
- Experience in apparel/headwear or licensed/team sports preferred.
- Experience with Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel required.
- Must be willing to travel as needed – 25% of the time – to support business initiatives, attend industry events and tradeshows and company meetings.
