JOB SUMMARY:
The Inspection role is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products and materials by conducting detailed inspections and assessments. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of industry standards, and the ability to identify defects or deviations. The specialist will collaborate with production teams to maintain high-quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as required):
- Perform detailed inspections of products, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conformities in inspected items.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address identified issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records for reporting purposes.
- Follow safety protocols and industry regulations during inspection activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing inspection procedures and quality control processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Ability to use inspection tools, measuring devices, and software for documentation.
- Effective communication skills for working with production teams and reporting findings.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles on occasions.

WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM
- Overtime and weekend work may be requested during busy periods.
DRESS CODE:
- Dress appropriate (Reference Employee Handbook for Details).
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
