CLERICAL - PATIENT ACCESS

BASIC FUNCTION:

Greets outpatients, provides clerical service, general office duties, maintains patients’ files and general patient information. Coordinates flow of outpatients to appropriate ancillary department.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Secretarial experience preferred.

Medical experience & medical terminology preferred

BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required or obtained within 3 months of job acceptance

Must be computer-literate to complete the task(s) as required.
