Responsibilities and Duties:
- Performing all essential duties of pretzel making
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality
- Providing excellent guest service and hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure out guests have a positive experience
- Managing inventory and purchase orders
- Leading and driving team member training

Requirements and Skills:
- Positive attitude, high energy
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a food service setting
- Current or previous ServSafe (or other equivalent) certification
- Minimum of 1 professional reference from a prior workplace
Physical Demands of the Job:
Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above; must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
