The BCBA Supervisor will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services and a team of BCBAs, Mid-Level Supervisors, and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide a range of applied behavior analytic assessment and clinical services. This role requires consultative skills, training expertise, and experience in behavioral evaluation and intervention planning. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of NET, DTT, PECS, and other ABA strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
