AURA GROUPE is looking to hire a full-time, talented and creative, Production Coordinator, with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media outlets. The individual hired for this position will need strong styling skills, creative skills, client management, critical thinking in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team.
Job Description:

- Assist in production of monthly content photoshoots including:
- Securing models based on clients needs and desires
- Styling and sourcing wardrobe, props and accessories
- Creating call sheets, timelines and photoshoot schedules
- Liaison between client, models, photographers and account executives
- Main content person present at shoots to ensure all aspects of the shoot run smoothly
- Foster relationships and create databases of models, local retailers and brands for photoshoot collaborations
- Communicating to the Production Manager and Creative Project Manager on project status
- Reaching out to new photographers, videographers and models on a weekly basis to establish new relationships
- Assist in onboarding new creatives and facilitating creative tests for new photographers and videographers
- Manage organization of studio closet and props
- Manage tracking database for wardrobe and props
- Manage Aura Groupe Content Creation retainer clients
Experience Requirements:
- Available full-time, 40 hours per week. Position is not remote.
- Must have a strong sense of fashion and photoshoot experience is a plus.
- Must have an understanding of current digital trends, apps and more.
- Must have a form of transportation
- English proficiency excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Bachelor’s degree
- Mac proficiency preferred
