Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
We are seeking a LSW for our Cherry Hill, NJ location.
As a Licensed Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and therapy sessions to clients
- Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Provide crisis intervention services as necessary
- Supervise and mentor social work interns or other staff members
