JOB DESCRIPTION :
A large Healthcare / Hospital system local to South Jersey is looking to Hire a LCSW / LSW to their Neuro outpatient department. This person will be responsible for conducting clinic sessions, one on ones with both patients and / or family members. They will also be responsible for connecting patients with state, federal and local resources for insurance, transportation, housing, leave of absence, etc. This person will need to have a strong medical terminology background and experience / familiarity working with patients with neurological disorders (example : Parkinson's, Alzheimer's). They will be documenting and updating patient information in Epic. Onsite 5 days a week Hours : M-F 8am-5pm (flexible)
Must Haves :
5 years of LCSW experience
Active LCSW
Familiarity with Neurological disorders (Example : Parkinson's, Alzheimer’s)
Experience hosting clinic and 1 : 1 sessions with patients
Knowledge of federal, state and local resources to connect patients with for support services.
PR : $35hr-$40hr flexible
Salary : $35 - $40
