Engagement & Change Advisory (ECA) comprises three core capabilities: Communications & Stakeholder Engagement, Social Value and Change and Transformation. The continued growth of our ECA practice provides the opportunity for an experienced, senior team member with expertise in one or more of these capabilities to join our NSW Lead Team in the Sydney office reporting to the NSW ECA Practice Leader.
Our Engagement and Change Advisory team work across a variety of major infrastructure projects throughout NSW and ACT, as well as closely collaborating with our extended teams across Australia and New Zealand.
This role will play an important role to deliver, grow and lead. The below brings these three themes to life.
The role and your experience
Deliver: As a team leader, you will work with clients to deliver projects end-to-end. As an established consultant your experience is broad enabling you to adapt to a diverse range of project settings. Your comprehensive knowledge of our ECA capability area(s) allows you to assess, plan and implement programs that solve our clients’ problems. You have experience engaging at all levels of an organisation and are accustomed to engaging senior leaders/executives to achieve project outcomes.

Grow: Growth is at the heart of our business, and bringing in new and interesting work enables our people to learn and develop. As a leader in our Sydney team, you will support a pipeline of future opportunities, actively contribute to business development, and shape successful proposals that differentiate us the market. Although not mandatory, previous experience in Management Consulting (e.g. big 4, change consulting) will greatly support your success in this role. For us, business development is a team sport and you will be supported by your leaders, peers and team to achieve shared success.
Lead: This role requires an adaptable and dynamic leader. Beyond supporting and developing direct reports, your leadership extends to project teams/streams and client relationships.
