Aurelius Manufacturing, Inc. is accepting applications for a Robotic Welder in Braham, MN.
- 10 Hour Shift, Monday thru Thursday 6:00am to 4:00pm

Experience setting up and programming ABB Robotic Welders and ability to weld using a MIG Welder required. Competitive wages based on experience and performance, and opportunities for training & advancement in the manufacturing industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviews program specifications or blueprints to determine and set machine operations and sequencing, finished work piece dimensions, and/or numerical control sequences.
- Reads, interprets and performs welding techniques to fabricate parts to be used in the manufacturing of product.
- Cleans machines, tooling, and parts, using solvents or solutions and rags.
- Performs manual welding during robot weld cycle, if required.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience setting up and programing ABB welders required.
- Knowledge of fixtures and weld set up parameters such as amps, volts, etc.
- Ability to weld using a MIG welder.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and computer skills.
- Knowledge of automation equipment, processes, and systems.
- Interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and wearing the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary to comply company safety policies. This position requires walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and gripping.
