What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Quality Assurance Tester position at Aureon Consulting?
We're looking for a Lead Test Automation Engineer to join our team for a six-month project, with the potential to extend.
Lead QA Tester experience required.
This position requires onsite / hybrid interviews and work in Des Moines, IA, Cedar Rapids, IA, Rosemont, IL or Baton Rouge LA, to be considered. Direct W2 candidates only, Please no C2C.
You'll manage defect triage, work closely with vendors, and oversee UAT testing. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy taking the lead and have a knack for communicating complex processes clearly.
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work independently—especially since you'll be the only tester on this project. Note : We don't use formal testing tools, so familiarity with Excel for tracking will be helpful.
