- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports as needed
- Analyze monthly variances across all financial statements and understand driving factors
- Support the maintenance of financial models, forecasts & budgets to support short & long- term planning
- Analyze and provide insights to pricing and margin analysis across products
- Partner with departments across the organization to help gather information to support strategic initiatives
- Assist in preparing materials for monthly management and board meetings as well as any ad hoc reporting/presentations
- Analyze financial results to identify trends to deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Other duties as assigned
- Four-year degree in Finance or related field
- 0 – 2 years of experience in finance
- Experience in telecommunications, IT services, or related industry preferred
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors and business contacts in a professional, timely and courteous manner
- Modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel, including complex formulas and calculations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements analysis
- Knowledge of business metrics including KPIs, multiples, other metrics that are relevant to operations and enterprise valuation is a plus
- Must be able to proficiently operate Windows PC with MS Office and MS Outlook
- Primarily indoor work in an office environment requiring long periods of sitting
- Frequent utilization of manual dexterity and visualizing of a computer screen
- Frequent evening or weekend work
- No unusual physical requirements
