Responsibilities and Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized physical therapist to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Qualifications include:

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of New Hampshire
• CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
