The facility provides short- and long-term nursing and rehabilitation services to the senior population in our community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Speech Therapy plan of care for facility residents and short-term patients.
- Assist with patient screens for Speech Therapy and communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete timely Speech therapy documentation and assist with maintaining a safe treatment area.
- Provide and document patient family and caregiver training regarding each speech therapy patient's specific plan of care.
An Oklahoma licensure as a Speech Therapist is required for this position.
