Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at TheraEx Therapy as a travel therapist in Ada, Oklahoma. This is a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to patients with various conditions, including CVA, Amputee, and Orthopedic injuries.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with family members and caregivers.
Requirements:
- Active unrestricted OK License.
- Active BLS certification via American Heart Association.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Preferred experience in Orthopedics, Neurology, or both.
