Description
Auria is looking to hire BM / SRM Software Engineer / Analyst to join our Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. This position will be based in Huntsville, AL.
The selected candidate will apply their understanding of software engineering processes and principles to analyze the output from complex algorithms, ensuring optimal performance and functionality verification. Join a dedicated team focused on the Battle Management / Sensor Resource Management (BM / SRM) product team to validate and improve our defense capabilities.
Essential Functions
- Analyzing software test data for performance and functionality verification.
- Using MATLAB, Python, and Java to perform and assist with data analysis.
- Developing scripts and programs for analysis in Java, MATLAB, Python, etc.
- Reviewing algorithm outputs to ascertain correct operation.
- Document findings, courses of action (COAs), and recommendations and present them to stakeholders.
- Identify bugs, coordinate resolution, and oversee software build execution.
- Collaborating with program-level integration, Modeling & Simulations, and Test Engineering teams to identify scenarios that validate functionality and system performance requirements.

Salary Range : The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level ($99,000 - $113,000).
