Account Executive, Essentials Sales (North America)

Aurigo is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team and participate in sales for Aurigo Essentials in North America. Aurigo Essentials is a cloud and AI software that extends the proven power of our flagship Masterworks SaaS platform to smaller local governments to help manage their capital construction projects, offering an affordable, user-friendly, rapidly implemented solution. It empowers agencies to maximize efficiency with robust tools that help navigate tightening budgets.
In this role, you’ll drive new SaaS sales by selling directly to local governments directly and through reseller channels. You’ll work closely with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to position Essentials as the best-fit solution for government agencies navigating procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Public Sector Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Aurigo Essentials’ presence in local governments. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close, navigating government procurement.
- Solution Selling & Demos: Conduct compelling product demos that highlight how Essentials streamlines operations and reduces costs for local governments. Clearly position our solutions to address customer pain points.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive deals forward and ensure successful product adoption.
- Reseller & Channel Engagement: Partner with resellers and channel partners to expand reach, drive new sales, and support joint sales efforts.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of selling to local government agencies.
- Experience with solution selling, including conducting technical product demos.
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in engineering, computer science, or a technical field.
- Experience working with resellers and channel partners in a sales capacity.
- Familiarity with government budgeting processes and funding cycles.
