Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Human Resources Coordinator to provide assistance in the every day responsibilities of the HR department ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and service, compliance with prevailing laws, effective inter-hotel communications, recruitment and selection process, and the execution of creative, meaningful associate relations programs.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for posting requisitions and recruiting process in the HR system.
- Assists employees with portal issues, benefits enrollment, and other issues.
- Represents the HR department in a professional manner at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) required.
Experience/Education
College degree in HR, business, or relative preferred; 2-3 years' hotel management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in hotel of similar size and stature.
