Job Overview
The Eugia US Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for functions relating to customer service and other duties as assigned.
This role is located onsite in East Windsor New Jersey
Responsibilities
- Perform all functions relating to Customer Service, including but not limited to: EDI and manual order entry, order allocation, answer phone calls and emails sent to Customer Service, investigation of ASN or EDI discrepancies/issues; Liaise with Supply Chain/distribution departments on arrival of shipments and order fulfillment
- Manage key reporting initiatives for senior management consisting of daily sales, inventory and backorder reporting
- Responsible for allocation of short-dated product and backordered product. Also includes management of approvals for drop ship requests from sales team and customers.
- Manage bi-monthly reports for field sales team.
- Responsible for Customer claims (overages, shortages, etc.)

Education & Experience
- 3 years experience in customer service related position - preference given to candidates with pharmaceutical experience
- College degree preferred but not required
