What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Adolescent Therapist position at Aurora Behavioral Health System?
We are currently seeking an adolescent therapist for our Outpatient Department. This position reports to the Director of Outpatient Services. Join our team of passionate therapists who facilitate a variety of groups including mental health, chemical dependency, DBT skills, telehealth, and adolescents in the PHP and IOP levels of care using a client-centered approach. Therapists on our team facilitate afternoon and evening groups and work with the Director of Outpatient Services to create the schedule that best fits their availability and strengths.
This position will maintain client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA requirements at all times; Complete all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with hospital, state and regulatory guidelines; Maintain hospital required productivity standards. We have an opening at the Glendale facility.

Must have- LAC, LPC,LMSW,LCSW
- Licensed in Counseling or Social Work- required
- One year minimum experience completing assessments in a behavioral health setting.
- One year minimum Counseling experience in a behavioral health setting.
- One to three years' experience with utilization review in a behavioral health setting.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical
- Must be eligible for a fingerprint clearance card
