Work Schedule (fixed) :

1 position : Part-time Mondays and Fridays, 4 am - 7 pm Saturdays and Sundays, 8 am - 4 pm

The successful candidate must possess the following skills at a minimum :

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to handle multiple phone lines

Ability to interact with guests, staff, and, most importantly, our residents

Skilled at multi-tasking several priorities

Incomparable organization skills

Ability must maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Charged with managing visitor sign-in-and-out logs

Unwavering professionalism and must remain calm under pressure

Exceptional attendance and self-awareness

Must undergo background screening prior to starting

At least one (1) year of front-desk, customer-facing relevant experience and skills : includes proficiency with office equipment including fax machine, copier, and digital scanner

Preferred : computer skills on PC, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Email

As the first person who greets people visiting our facility, this position is responsible for creating the best first impression for our staff in our community. The Receptionist embodies a critical role to our facility and those who call it home.
