About the Role :
The Cross-Functional Executive Support Lead will play a multifaceted role at Aurora, supporting executive leadership, managing remote office logistics and operations, managing and performing tasks related to, among others, human resources, event planning, finance and programs and development. This position requires a proactive, organized, and resourceful individual who can handle confidential information with discretion and interact with a broad range of organizations and individuals both geographically and demographically. This role will be based in Boston, MA and require 3 days in office.
You Will :
Provide Executive Support :
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics for senior management.
- Collect, organize, and prepare data, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups via tools like Trello.
- Coordinate and support key projects and initiatives on behalf of executive leadership.
