Job Summary:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Clinical evaluation of patients, treatments involving neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Knowledge of all services and treatments offered at the practice in order to serve and evaluate each client’s needs during the consultation
- Detailed, accurate, and timely documentation of patient consultations, treatments, phone calls, and emails
- Following up with clientele to ensure treatment satisfaction and relationship-building
- Attend continuing education as requested by management
- Maintain patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Pride in personal appearance and a passion for helping women achieve their beauty and skincare goals is absolutely essential
- Ability to effectively communicate patient education on treatment plans
- Analysis of patient skin type resulting in product and treatment recommendations
- Internal marketing
- Ensure patient satisfaction
- Possess wide-ranging knowledge of skin care treatment, elective services and products
- Maintain a clean work area at all times
- Deliver high-quality treatment experiences to clients
- Extensive knowledge of skin care lines Aurora Medical Spa sells
- Ability to perform all assigned treatments
- Assist with counting and maintaining inventory
- Team player and motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service skills; a “people person”
- Proven track record of success and achievements
- Demonstrates confidentiality and discretion
- Maintains a courteous demeanor and professional appearance
- 8 and 10 hour shifts
- Rotating Saturday shifts
- Minimum Education - Registered Nurse or higher
- A prior medical spa, plastic surgery, or dermatology office experience is a plus
