Key Responsibilities:
- Consultations & Assessments: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatments. Provide personalized recommendations tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Injectable Treatments: Administer safe, precise cosmetic injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, using expert technique and adhering to established safety protocols.
- Patient Education: Guide patients in understanding the benefits, risks, and potential outcomes of treatments, as well as alternative options to ensure they make well-informed decisions.
- Post-Treatment Care: Provide clear, detailed pre- and post-treatment care instructions to ensure smooth recovery and optimal results.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and before-and-after photos, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team (nurses, aestheticians, etc.) to ensure seamless, coordinated care for each patient.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables through training, workshops, and conferences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Licensure: Active RN license (required).
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers.
- Patient-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform precise, safe, and effective treatments while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
- Team-Oriented: Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
