Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and executing on a robust opportunity pipeline, maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving company revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Working independently and with our dealer network, engage fleets to negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong understanding of large customer trends and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
