Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Growth and Retention:
- Analyze the assigned customer base to identify growth opportunities and underperforming accounts.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to re-engage inactive customers and increase revenue from low-performing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Qualifications:

- Position will be remote and require a high level of personal accountability. The candidate will focus on Inside-Out selling and have the flexibility to travel 20% to support Trade shows, industry events, and periodic in-person customer visits.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
