What You’ll Do as a Business Development Representative :

  • Generate New Business : Identify and qualify high-potential leads within your designated territory or vertical.
  • Engage with Prospects : Make outbound calls (40-120 calls a day) and send personalized emails (15-40 emails) to engage prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Conduct Discovery Calls : Dive deep into understanding customer pain points, and gather critical insights that help you position our solutions as the perfect fit.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives : Partner with Account Executives for deeper engagement and further relationship-building with qualified leads.
  • Achieve Milestones & Grow : As you meet KPIs and demonstrate your sales expertise, you’ll rise through the tiers—unlocking new opportunities and rewards along the way.
