Important Details
- Our Sales Agents must hold an active Arizona real estate license, or you should be willing to take the necessary steps to obtain one
- Similar to traditional real estate agents, our agents operate as independent contractors, working on a 100% commission basis
- Unlike traditional realtors who may wait months to close their first transaction, our agents can complete a transaction within their first month and should expect to do 25-30 or more transactions in their first year
