Main Duties:
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
- Ensure precise and timely weekly payroll processing.
- Oversee accounts payable tasks; previous experience in AP is a plus.
- Support interviewing and recruitment efforts as needed (approximately 10-30% of the role).
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports utilizing intermediate Excel skills.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable.
- Intermediate skills in Excel.

- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay:
Starting at $17.00 per hour, with details discussed during the interview.
