Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to support our clients' growth and development.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Conduct regular patient assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within the community and assist in accessing additional resources as needed.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices.
- Proficiency in data collection methods relevant to behavioral therapy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavior analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
