Responsibilities

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive support for clients.
- Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.

Requirements
- A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
