- Develops and maintains key client relationships.
- Works on special projects and contributes to team effort.
- Participates in company and industry events and conferences.
- Develops a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.
- Maintains excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with team members.
- Reviews installation and ensures that it meets quality standards.
- Communicates with customers before, during, and after projects.
- Responsible for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for all customer payments and insurance documents.
- Becomes the customer relationship manager.
- Takes pride in high efficiency production and high-quality installation.
- Works closely with Marketing team & Sales Manager to provide smart ideas to maximize market outreach and sales opportunities.
- Provides daily reports to Sales Manager.
- Provides detailed pictures of every job before, during, and after the project.
- Completes production sheet for each contract.
- Works with the estimating and production team to oversee job profitability.
- Generates leads through networking, referrals, calls and other means. Lead Expectations: 4-6 self-generated leads weekly.
- Closes 35% of deals.
