Areas of focus for you as Continuous Improvement Engineer :
- Acting as an agent of change within the organization.
- Defining and selecting suitable projects along with Sponsor and Functional Manager, populates project hopper with future opportunities.
- Coaching and training the organization in Lean methodologies .
- Delivering CI Studies including data and process analysis to understand and define opportunities.
- Delivering both maturity and performance analysis for assigned department
- Having the ability to lead multiple lean projects .
- Creating Best Practice together with the mills, from BB Projects and other learnings.
- Delivering successful projects producing” confirmed” operational and financial benefit in line with project goals.
