Production Supervisor Paper Converting / Tissue
Salary up to $100,000 Great Benefits Paid Relocation to the Southern USA
As the Production Supervisor, youll focus on leading the operators in the paper converting & tissue. Youll be responsible for facilitating production that meets quality standards and production quantity goals. Working with maintenance youll ensure machinery is up and running.
Youll work with EHS to promote safety in your team and be a great example supporting EHS and OSHA regs.
Youll provide guidance to each person on your team to see that production targets are met in a safe, efficient, quality, and profitable manner within the guidelines established by management.
Minimum requirements for this Production Supervisor :
BS degree preferred, HS grad a must; will seriously consider equivalent experience instead of degree
At least 3 years experience in converting operations for tissue / towels
Must have great leadership skills such as team building, communications, organization time management, skills and computer proficiency.
Salary : $100,000
