This National manufacturer is looking for a Green End Superintendent who can lead a team through capital projects and upgrades. As the Production Superintendent, you will:
- Mentor production supervisor and assist them with the tools needed to succeed.
- Responsible for meeting production goals within the plant.
- Responsible for budgets set within the department.
- Committed to Safety and continuous improvement.
Minimum requirements for this Production Superintendent position:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in wood manufacturing with a high preference for green end experience.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, & computer skills
- Able to build a team and motivate members.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider experience instead of degree.
Salary : $150,000
