What You'll Do:
- Be the key advocate for all production activities on your line, ensuring seamless operations from training and development to safety compliance.
- Work closely with supervisors and manufacturing employees to optimize productivity while fostering a collaborative and team-oriented workplace.
- Investigate customer complaints, schedule work shifts, and ensure all production records are accurately maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
- Uphold the highest standards in food safety, employee safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Motivate your team, optimize performance, and create a positive, results-driven work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Industry Experience: Background in food manufacturing is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning abilities within a manufacturing leadership/supervisory role
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or any shift as needed in our 24-hour operation.
