Paint Production Manager - Expanding Manufacturer - World Class OrganizationSalary $90,000 - $110,000 Benefits Paid Relocation to TEXASAs the Paint Manager at this expanding manufacturer, you'll focus on managing the engineers & technicians who install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the paint lines and highly robotic paint systems.This is a hands-on managerial position and you'll train & coach the engineers and technicians as they perform tests throughout stages of the paint process. You'll use your Lean Manufacturing Methods as you look for opportunities to improve processes and equipment - and teach the team to use Lean.You'll need experience in labor scheduling and budget management. Effective communication skills are important as you'll interact with your team, customers, and other departments in the plant.
