- Manage IT infrastructure components, including LAN setups and computer networking.
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow and Jira for ticket management and issue tracking.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, solutions provided, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient resolution of issues and implementation of improvements.
- Conduct regular maintenance on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and guidance to users on best practices for technology use.
Skills
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Experience with IT infrastructure management and desktop support.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and protocols.
- Ability to effectively use ServiceNow and Jira for incident management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with users at all levels.
