Document Control Clerk
Austin Industrial is seeking an Office Clerk to work in our Spartanburg Office. The Office Clerk will be responsible for filing and organizing.
Essential Job Duties:
- Daily filing of documents
- Labeling folders
- Organizing files
- Scanning documents into our document management system
- Indexing and updating pleading binders
- Making copies
- Boxing closed files, typing index of the content
- Review and retention of system turnover
packages.
- Create and maintain required documentation (ITPs, inspection reports, weld
logs, and turnover packages)
- Track quality training compliance
- maintain submittal/transmittal logs
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Must be detailed oriented, well-organized and have the ability to handle multiple assignment
- Candidate must work well independently
- Must be able to read P&IDs
