Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team for a 4-month assignment starting in March. This position involves providing high-quality pediatric care to patients from newborns to 18 years old, with a focus on acute care, chronic illness management, and wound care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct pediatric patient care for newborns to 18 years old.
- Address acute care needs, manage chronic illnesses, and deliver wound care.
- Conduct well-child visits and other routine pediatric care.
- Collaborate with a supportive team, including MAs, RNs, and front-office staff.
- Work under the guidance of a supervising physician who is available on-call and on-site if needed.
- Complete administrative tasks, including charting, with dedicated admin hours.
Position Details :
Example : 36 hours of direct patient care, 4 hours for admin work.
