What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Supervisor position at Austin Oasis?
The Food Service Supervisor is a full time position responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, budgeting, inventory, ordering, and physical management of the dietary departments employees and equipment that shall be maintained in accordance with the facility’s established policies and in compliant with all governmental regulations.
Qualifications :
- Must have current certification as a Certified Dietary manager . (CDM).
- Knowledgeable in Food Service Sanitation (must have food service sanitation certificate)
- Must have experience in a Nursing Facility
