“Client Care Rep” sounds kind of generic, but the person who ends up joining our team will be far from it. We’re not looking for your standard issue “client care rep”. We’re on the hunt for a golden ray of sunshine to add to our team.
Let's face it, when a client has a plumbing, heating, or air conditioning problem, they may not be having the best day.

Because as the smiling voice on the other side of that phone call, a client care rep (CCR) at Austin Plumbing, Heating & Air’s number one goal is to be the best thing that has happened to that client that day!
Our CCR’s are the first impression of our company, start the sales process and are a critical part of delivering Austin’s lofty client experience, which is why to excel in this role, you must:

Some of the specific day-to-day duties of a CCR are:
- Scheduling & rescheduling incoming service calls
- Scheduling & rescheduling maintenance visits
- Maintaining/updating client records
- Capacity planning
- Collaborating with clients, techs and our internal team to ensure the schedule runs smoothly
- Post service call administration & general office duties
- Permits
- Equipment registration
- Prepping PO’s & light ordering
- Customer & tech follow up
Other Details
- This is not a remote job because interaction with our team is critical. Our main office is in Hartland, WI.
- We're looking for full-time but would consider part-time with the right person.
- Being competitive is a plus.
- The average length of employment in our company is over 10 years. We have a very low turnover because of our team members' focus and culture.
