Frontier Veterinary Urgent Care is a privately owned small animal clinic in Greenfield, WI. We are looking to add a full time Client Service Representatives (Receptionists) to the team. We welcome future team members to a new, thoughtfully designed 6000 sq ft hospital that shares the building with an adjacent 9000 sq ft specialty surgical and rehab hospital. Complete with all the toys and amenities you want and expect to ease workflow and maximize efficiency: digital high-definition radiography (with standing radiograph capability), GE VCT Lightspeed 64 CT scanner, GE LOGIQ S8 ultrasound, IDEXX in-house labs, private doctor’s office, large OR, breakroom, large windows for easy line-of-sight, plenty of kennel and run space for patients and plans for a future MRI trailer. The hospital will be equipped with cloud-based software programs such as EzyVet, VetRadar & CUBEX to increase workflow efficiency with critical tools like electronic treatment records, whiteboards, anesthesia monitoring, billing, and communications with clients and RDVMs.
We are seeking a CSR with a positive, enthusiastic attitude who is team-oriented and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have profound attention to detail and be able to maintain composure in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment. A sense of humor will come in handy.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: providing compassionate client care, assisting clients as they arrive and process any necessary admissions procedures, prepare client records for appointments and primary DVM correspondence, process incoming and outgoing mail, receive and route incoming calls quickly and thoroughly, documents all client correspondence in record, maintaining medical records, client education, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.

Schedule:
Available to work between the hours of 9:45am-10:15pm, including holidays and every other weekend.
- 10-12 hour shift

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- Animal care: 1 year (Preferred)
