Job Description – Account Executive
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Account Executive is responsible for the daily management of sales and relationships for Austin Seal. Specifically, increasing sales and building relationships by providing products and services to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Focusing on engineering, supply chain and management.
· Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
· Provide engineering support to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
· Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales goals.
· Work collaboratively with suppliers, customer service and operation teams to meet our customers’ requirements.
· Use strong mechanical and sales aptitude to organize technical and product information for customer presentations.
· Update progress on projects and initiatives using CRM and tracking key metrics to keep the team aware of progress.
· Present a positive and respectful professional image towards customers, co-workers and suppliers.
· Good decision-making skills based on company policies and processes.
· Stay current with industry information by meeting with suppliers, attending trade shows, and participating in training opportunities.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
· College Degree (BA/BS) in Business, Engineering, or another relevant subject.
· 3-5 years’ experience in sales (technical sales preferred).
· Experience in Semiconductor or Sealing industries
· Demonstrated ability to communicate in all manners (presentations, spreadsheets, email).
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details.
· Organized self-starter who can work with others and can get projects completed on time.
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
· Solid experience using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
