This approach allows us to offer the highest level of legal representation in commercial litigation and products liability matters.Competitive pay packageTrial experience from experienced staffCareer development through the level up to partner available.Job Details : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Trial Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to work on high-profile cases, providing support to our team of attorneys in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial litigation, law and motion practice, legal writing, motions, commercial litigation, and product liability. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.Responsibilities : Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post-trial.Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments.Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and file them with the court.Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc).Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings.Support attorneys in depositions and trial with case materials, exhibits, and witness preparation.Coordinate with experts and other outside parties as required in preparation for trials.Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes, witness lists, court filings, and other case documents.Liaise between trial teams and internal / external third parties.Provide assistance with case settlements.Qualifications : A minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation trial paralegal.Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited college or university.Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation databases.Experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Knowledge of rules and regulations related to legal compliance.Strong knowledge and experience in commercial litigation and product liability.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Outstanding organizational skills.Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), legal research software, and litigation databases.Strong understanding of law and motion practice.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex legal material.Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and professional accountability.Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
