AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Board Certified Chaplain for our Greensboro Campus/service area. This position is full-time (Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm). Responsible for On-Call: Rotating Holidays.
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing comprehensive assessment of the spiritual, religious and emotional needs of Hospice patients and their support systems. Provides advanced spiritual counseling to address patient/family issues of grief and loss, spiritual concerns, religious needs, and end of
life planning. Coordinates or officiates spiritual/religious rituals as requested. Functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team and is considered the lead expert in spiritual care matters.
