One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Pompano Beach area. We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator who will be responsible for purchasing equipment and parts at the lowest possible prices and maintaining the warehouse, parts, and equipment.

- Issue purchase orders and properly designate costs to each department.
- Work closely with Dispatchers and the Operations Manager to arrange for efficient part and equipment deliveries to keep Technicians and Installers on the job working.
- Adhere to purchase order system and proper purchasing and inventory procedures to keep the inventory database current and accurate.
- Obtain parts lists daily from Technicians to replenish truck stock using the Technician Bin Restocking (TBR) System to eliminate unnecessary trips for stocking.
- Stage equipment for next day install jobs.
- Work with supply houses and maintain consignment inventory levels to make sure the shop has an adequate supply of all standard truck-stocked installation and service parts.
- Counts and value all serialized equipment and warehouse inventory on the last day of each month and reports accurate results to the Administrative/Accounting Manager.
- Inventory removed equipment from the warehouse and ensure corresponding jobs match.
- Cycle counts trucks quarterly without notice to Technicians and Installers.
- Process all warranty parts and warranty labor credits quickly, then follow through to make sure the company receives each credit quickly.
- Organize all equipment and parts stored within the warehouse area.
- Obey, teach, and enforce the Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Purchasing experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- HVAC industry experience greatly preferred.
- Experience with ServiceTitan CRM a plus!
- Must be self-motivated and results driven.
- Must be detail oriented and well organized.
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Salary : $23 - $25
