Relationship Account Manager (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Research and identify potential clients, including property managers, insurance agents, and contractors through networking, cold calling, and online research.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Brand Education : Effectively educate clients about the competitive advantages of using DRYmedic and promote our services and core values.
- Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to achieve targeted goals.
- Client Engagement : Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase DRYmedic’s services and value proposition.
- Marketing Participation : Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events, such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education classes.
- CRM Management : Utilize marketing software and maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and client information in our CRM system.
- Reporting : Provide management with revenue updates, sales activity reports, and market insights related to your assigned sales territory.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking : Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
