Responsibilities:
Develop and execute localized marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement within assigned regions.
Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure alignment with overarching brand strategy and goals.
Implement campaigns that support lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth of assigned franchise operators.
Help franchise operators identify and plan sponsorships, events, and partnerships that enhance community presence.
Analyze local campaign performance and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Measure ROI/ROAS for field marketing activities, ensuring effective allocation of budget and resources.
Present regular updates and reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Guide franchisee on local marketing budgets for local marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
Provide input on regional budgeting and forecasting to support overall marketing strategy (if applicable).
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a field marketing or similar role.
Proven track record of executing successful local marketing initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and partners.
